Forest Monitoring Technology Workshop

BUMOE-FEST x HIMA-TG USK

In the context of sustainable forest management, the HAkA Foundation supports one of the BUMOE-FEST activities in collaboration with HIMA-TG USK to hold a workshop with the theme:

“Integrating Geospatial Technologies for Forest Monitoring: Leveraging ArcGIS Pro and UAV for Sustainable Forest”,
which aims to introduce geospatial technology and the use of drones (UAVs) in monitoring forest areas.

This workshop introduces satellites and drones as the latest technologies that can be used to monitor forest areas. This activity targets students, communities, and the general public. The goal is for them to be actively involved in data-based conservation.
