HAkA berupaya untuk memperkuat perlindungan, konservasi, dan pemulihan Hutan Aceh tersisa dan berfokus di Kawasan Ekosistem Leuser (KEL) dari ancaman yang ada. Kami secara aktif mempromosikan pentingnya KEL sebagai salah satu bentang alam utama untuk solusi berbasis alam.

HAkA strives to strengthen the protection, conservation and restoration of Aceh's remaining forests and focuses on the Leuser Ecosystem (KEL) from existing threats. We actively promote the importance of KEL as one of the key landscapes for nature-based solutions.

Forest Monitoring Technology Workshop

BUMOE-FEST x HIMA-TG USK

In the context of sustainable forest management, the HAkA Foundation supports one of the BUMOE-FEST activities in collaboration with HIMA-TG USK to hold a workshop with the theme:

“Integrating Geospatial Technologies for Forest Monitoring: Leveraging ArcGIS Pro and UAV for Sustainable Forest”,
which aims to introduce geospatial technology and the use of drones (UAVs) in monitoring forest areas.

This workshop introduces satellites and drones as the latest technologies that can be used to monitor forest areas. This activity targets students, communities, and the general public. The goal is for them to be actively involved in data-based conservation.
