The training on the practical use of Global Forest Watch (GFW) was conducted from October 20 to 27, 2023, in Tenggulun, Aceh Tamiang, targeting the Cendana women's community.
This activity aims to strengthen the ability of the group, particularly women, to proficiently use technology-based solutions for monitoring forest areas, making it easier to set field monitoring targets.
Participants began to familiarize themselves with the initial stages of monitoring forest areas using Android-based technology and other technologies, such as drones, that can assist in forest monitoring.
A total of 33 participants attended, consisting of 25 women and 8 men.
